Our policy
​
We have an open door policy, although we love to see our parents , we would like to keep school and class visits to 2nd break (12:00) and after school, as it disturbs learners to see their parents at school.

If you urgently need to speak with a teacher, call the office at any time and we will gladly take a message and ask the teacher to call you back.
​
NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE IS PERMITTED AT SCHOOL!
This counts for parents, teachers and students alike.
If your child is on medication, please hand it in at the office, fill in the correct forms and leave clear instructions. We will call the learner to the office and administer the medication. Please mark it clearly with the child's name and surname.

ALL YOUR CHILD'S BELONGINGS (including shoes, clothes, pencils, etc.) NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY MARKED!!

About our Payment Schedule
​
We have 3 options: Termly; Yearly and Monthly.
Monthly: All payments are due on the 1st of every month. Please make sure of the banking details and use YOUR child's FULL NAME AND SURNAME as REFERENCE.
If payment is received late, a penalty fee will apply for every day after the 3rd and your child may be refused service.
We are asking a 3 month* notice period. (*T's & C's Apply)
